We also offer co-manufacturing/co-packing services for nuts and snack foods. 

Our production equipment includes: 

  1. Four gas fired roasters

  2. Mixing Tumbler

  3. Automatic Vertical form-fill-seal machine

We can roast approximately 500 pounds of nuts an hour, and can fill in pillow packs at a rate of 20-35 per minute. Our MOQ for pillow packs is 6000 bags.

Pricing

Our fees include:

  • Tolling Fees: We charge tolling fees based on the number of laborers assigned to the job plus company overhead. Depending on the job, we staff one to four workers on the assignment. We have a $2000 minimum fee per job. Fees are quoted on a case by case basis.

  • Purchasing Fees: If desired by the client, CBS can purchase the required raw materials for the client for a fee.
